I’ve gotten a lot of questions recently about why I haven’t been updating. But I am! This is a reminder that I am now blogging with WordPress instead of Tumblr for the time being. The response I got made me feel kind of bad when I first announced this so here’s the deal: Follow me on WordPress and if you are still loving my Tumblr format I will go back to posting on both. Just give me feedback and I will work it out for y’all.

Mastered a super cute messy top knot with not long enough fine hair. Best accomplishment of my first day of classes by far.
Hey everyone! Beautybombbb is now not only just on Tumblr but WordPress too! Make sure to follow me there as well to see all the new features coming in 2013!

Who needs flowers for Valentine’s Day when you can have NARS? Their Spring collection debuts a range of bright and beautiful hues that will steal the color spotlight from any bouquet. Boyfriends and husbands take note.

New Smashbox gloss and lipstick colors. Bright pinks and reds are reminding us that Valentine’s day is right around the corner!

This week’s nails. I thought they looked kind of galaxy-ish even though they’re supposed to look like marble. What can I say, I’m creative.

My life is one big beauty adventure! The other day at work I played with some hair chalk and gave myself some funky ends. I had seen this look over the summer on Lauren Conrad and wanted to try it. For those of us with already damaged ends, permanently dying them then having to bleach the color out is not the best way to go. I opted for this more temporary option to achieve the look.
These chalks are insanely easy to use. Coat your hair with a styling product (I used a frizz control cream), then rub the chalk where you want the color, and last lock in your new do with hair spray. Although the method is simple it is a bit messy so make sure you use a towel around your neck and wrap your fingers in tissue. The chalks come in 5 different colors at stores currently and they work on dark hair as well. I experimented on my friend at work who has very dark hair and the colors showed up just as beautifully pigmented.

My awesome little sister got me a ton of Lush products for Christmas. I’m falling just as much in love with them as she is! The soap smells literally amazing and the sugar scrub makes your skin feel like heaven when you’re done exfoliating. And it’s a perfect prep for a spray tan! Highly recommend! I can’t wait to try the rest of the products she got me.
